– right side
– normal anatomy

Intended use
◦ Placement of bone conduction implants
◦ Milling of mastoidectomy, facial recessus and cochleostomy
◦ Electrode insertion into the Scala tympani (cochlear implant)

Structures and landmarks
◦ larger area of skin and bone
◦ detailed skin layers, which can be realistically cut and sewn
◦ Pneumatized bone with cochlea, semicircular canals and flexible ossicles
◦ Membranes: eardrum
◦ Nerves: facial nerve, chorda tympani and petrosus major nerve
◦ Muscles: Musculus stapedius, Musculus tensor tympani and Musculus digastricus
◦ Vessels: sigmoid sinus and carotid artery
◦ Representation of soft tissue: dura, periostium, subcutaneous fat and skin
