The PHACON Complete Spine Trainer “Schach” is applicable for the training of various surgical interventions in the spine region. It is a detailed artificial anatomical patient of a complete Spine Patient. (C1 to L5 and OS Sacrum). The artificial specimen is based on a high-resolution CT dataset of an adult as well as 11 and 12 year old child.

Natural bone properties

It has natural bone properties with cortical and cancellous bone; thus, you feel the difference between the cortical and the cancellous layer during your intervention.
You can demonstrate and train surgical procedures like, decompression, ablation of bone with bone milling devices, treatment of fractures with ventral osteosynthesis with lag screws, insertion of pedicle screws, cancellous bone screws and even more.
