The PHACON Throat Suite offers prospects in training endoscopic surgeries, allowing for training of the following procedures:

• Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)
• Transnasal endoscopy
• Simulation of swallowing movement (deglutition)
• Inverting the endoscope

Product Description

Our throat patients are designed to simulate swallowing endoscopy, perfectly suited for SLP speech language study cases and pathologies, for example to perform endoscopy on a swallowing model with feeding dysphagia. The materials used to create the throat organ mannequin facilitate users in recreating swallowing movements of the pharynx.

The 2-in-1 Assistant

The PHACON Throat Assistant allows for training in endoscopic examinations and numerous nasal procedures. Of easy assembly, the PHACON Throat Assistants come with anatomically-accurate 3D-head models that allow for endoscopy training with flexible and rigid endoscopes, as well as a variety of procedures with your own surgical instruments. In addition, the PHACON Throat Assistant is an effective demonstration tool for manufacturers of surgical instruments and endoscopes.
