Secured further international presence by attending the IMSH, ORL-HNS, AAO-HSNF and NASS conferences worldwide.

PHACON now has an extensive catalog of spine, orbital, temporal bone, sinus, throat, orthopedic, vascular, orthognathic, implantology, and dental patients of different ages, characteristics and pathologies.

2023

Development of the PHACON app with Augmented Reality technology.

Attended and supplied booths with our products at ISMH, COSM, and AAO-HSNF conferences in the US.

Released new PHACON Spine Patients "Kramer" and "Vogel", anatomies of 12- and 11-year-old patients with pathologies.

2022

Start of development of a new multimodal digital training for neurosurgery alongside the Department of Neurosurgery at Leipzig University Hospital.

Equipped a sinus training course in Ukraine.

2021

Enhancing and improving our first Orthopedics PHACON Lower Leg Patient "Herrmann," designed for fasciotomy.

Designed a PHACON Bone Block allows you to test your tools and products. This model includes cortical and cancellous bone with characteristics of a real bone.

PHACON US moves its headquarters to Druid Chase, 2801 Buford Hwy, Atlanta.

2020

PHACON GmbH moves its headquarters to Leipzig, Druckereistraße.

New product features the PHACON COVID Assistant, to train proper sample collections.

Provided the equipment for an IRDC Leipzig course on FESS operation using PHACON Sinus Patients.

2019

PHACON relaunches its logo.

The WORLD HEARING CENTER in Poland receives 18 PHACON trainers with over 100 PHACON patients from the fields of ENT (temporal bone, sinus & throat) for the training and further education of international, renowned doctors and specialists.

Attendance in the AAO 2019 in New Orleans and the Advanced Bionics course in Bogotá, Colombia.

PHACON Inc. formalizes its US operations by instituting a Director of the Americas.

2018

PHACON equips six international workshops in cities throughout Russia, the United Kingdom, Norway, France and Germany with our Temporal Bone, Neuro, Orbita, and Sinus Trainer sets.

Participated in seven congresses around the world.

PHACON partners with IMMAST in Mumbai, India to develop our PHACON Temporal bone patient "Mozart", based on CT data of a 3-year-old child in cooperation with Dr. Milind V. Kirtane.

2015

The first artificial PHACON tmeporal bone of a 12-month-old patient for cochlear implantation is presented at the 86th Annual Meeting of the German ENT Society in Berlin.

PHACON participates in the 10th International Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implant and Related Sciences in Beijing.

2014

Gaining distributors for China and India.

PHACON supplies customers in over 40 countries.

PHACON develops the first trainer for training vascular access in the forearm area.

A unique Temporal Bone Trainer with an integrated camera for visualizing cochlear implantation in a transparent cochlea is developed.

Development and launch of a training system for lumbar spine surgery.

Participation in the annual meeting of the DGNC, the German ENT Congress and the International ENT Congress in Orlando.

PHACON equips courses in the field of rhinoplasty and septoplasty and develops special sinus models for implantology.

For the first time at PHACON, a pediatric temporal bone is available for further education and training: The PHACON Temporal Bone “Wagner,” developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. R. Probst, makes it possible to train temporal bone surgery on a child's anatomy.

Expansion of the PHACON Temporal Bone Trainer to include the PHACON Temporal Bone Patient for cochlear implants: Developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. R. Probst, the PHACON preparation makes it possible for the first time to train the entire implantation of a cochlear implant.

Presentation of the PHACON Sinus Trainer at the AAO-HNSF in San Francisco.

The PHACON trainers for temporal bone and cervical spine surgery are used in a hands-on course at the “Congress of Neurological Surgeons CNS” in Washington.

Cooperation with the University Hospital Zurich (Prof. Dr. Rudolf Probst).

Over 200 PHACON trainers are used worldwide for the training of surgeons.

2010

Further development of the PHACON trainer for cervical spine surgery “PHACON Cervical Spine Trainer” with Jefferson University Philadelphia.

The medical technology company “Stryker Corporate” becomes a sales partner for PHACON in the US.

Presentation of the first PHACON Trainer for nasopharyngeal endoscopy “PHACON Throat Trainer”.
